Recovering Your Password
You can recover your forgotten password by using the Forgot Password link on the WealthLink login screen.
Prerequisite 
Your Administrator must have enabled the Security Questions & Answers option so that the Forgot Password link appears on the login screen.
This procedure starts on the WealthLink login screen.
1. Click the Forgot Password link on the login screen.
2. Enter your User ID.
3. Click the Next button.
Step Result: Security Questions and Answers screen appears if you are a valid user.
Additional Information: The 'Invalid User Name' is displayed, if you are not a valid user.
The 'User status is Inactive. Please contact Customer Service' is displayed, if your User ID status is inactive.
4. On the Security Questions & Answers screen, enter the answers to the questions you have preselected. Refer the section “Setting Up Security Questions and Answers” on page 35.
5. Click the Next button.
Step Result: If the answers match, the Reset Your Password screen appears. Otherwise, the request is rejected and the 'Answers do not match. Please try again' is displayed.
6. Enter and confirm your New Password.
7. Click the Confirm button.
Step Result: The ‘Password has been successfully updated’ appears if the entered passwords match.
