Bulk Document Request

The Bulk Document Request screen provides Dealers, Advisors and Call Center users with ability for bulk document retrieval at the dealer/rep level. With the help of this screen, the users will be able to place specific selection criteria for document retrieval and receive one document package with all requested documents.

The Bulk Document Request screen contains following tabs:

• New Request - Used to specify selection criteria for Bulk Document Retrieval to generate output document package

• My Requests – Displays users requests, status of requests, link to preview requested and generated files and links to download output packages. Notification indicator appears in the right upper corner of the ‘My Requests’ tab with the number of new output packages available for download that user did not open yet

You can access this screen by clicking the Bulk Document Request sub tab under the Advisor tab on the left menu panel
